The valid period of the patent shall be 20 years, accounted from the application date. Patentee shall pay annual fee pursuant to the Patent Law and Enforcement Rules. 一、概述：
Part 1. General Description:
工业及民用建筑大量砖砌体、墙面抹灰、楼面、地面找平层等，都离不开砂浆，砂浆用量大、范围广，如何提高砂浆的性能质量、研制和推广应用科技含量高的新型高效砂浆外加剂成为一个很迫切的研究课题。建征牌砂浆晶(原名石灰晶)之企业正是循着这一宗旨依据建筑施工特点和新规范的要求，精心研制的环保、节能、高效粉状建筑砂浆塑化剂。它以引气剂、保塑剂、水泥增强剂等为主要成份，经精心配制并通过专家鉴定的新型高科技高效建筑外加剂产品。用于砌筑及抹灰砂浆；1kg砂浆晶可代替300—600kg石灰膏，省水泥、省运输、省场地、省人工、省资金；简化施工环节、效率高、质量稳。每万平方米建筑面积可节省费用3万元左右。
Mortar, as a building material, finds great and widespread application in bricklaying, wall plastering, floor and ground leveling etc. of industrial or civil architectures. How to upgrade mortar quality and develop and popularize new-type efficient mortar admixture with high technological contents has become an urgent research subject. Jianzheng Brand Mortar Essence (formerly named as lime essence) is right the kind of environment-friendly, energy-saving and efficient powdery building mortar plasticizer elaborately developed by the enterprise following this concept and in conformity to the characteristics of building construction and requirements of new criterions. With main ingredients of air entraining agent, plastic-preserving agent and cement intensifier, it’s an elaborately prepared new-type high-tech and efficient building admixture that passed experts’ appraisal. When used for masonry or plastering works, 1kg mortar will substitute for 300-600kg lime paste, economizing the use of cement, transportation, worksite, manpower and fund. The quality of the mortar conforms to JC860-2000 mortar standard and Design Specifications for Masonry Structure (GB5003-2001), and construction quality is in line with Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Masonry Engineering and Quality Acceptance Specifications for Masonry Projects and Construction & Acceptance Specifications for Decorative Engineering of Buildings. 二、产品功能特点：
Part 2. Product Features:
该产品能显著改善砂浆和易性，3—5小时内不沉淀。用本品配制砂浆的稠度、分层度、抗压强度均达到规范要求。所配制的砂浆引气可塑，粘灰率高、饱满度好、利于施工操作，抹灰、粘结牢固、与石灰混合砂浆相比抗压强度增加30％以上，特别是与蒸压灰砂砖粘接良好，减少落地灰，避免砂浆分层泌水现象和克服使用石灰时墙体起皮脱落，开裂、空鼓、爆灰等质量问题，并具有良好的防潮、抗渗等效果。本品用于砌筑抹灰砂浆，一吨砂浆晶可代替300—600吨石灰膏，砂浆容积不减少，用于装修水泥砂浆，可节省10％的水泥，砂浆容积增加5—10％，节水15—30％。
The product can greatly improve mortar’s workability and will not deposit within 3-5 hours. The mortar mixed the product enjoys the consistency, lamination degree and compressive strength in line with criterion requirements, as well as excellent air entraining, sound plasticity and saturation, favorable for construction operation, plastering and coupling. Compared with lime mixed mortar, its compressive strength is increased 30％ or higher. Particularly, it enjoys excellent coupling with autoclaved sand-lime bricks, reducing dust fall, preventing mortar lamination and water penetration, as well as overcoming the quality problems such as wall peeling, crack, emptiness, dust fly that haunt lime mortar. It’s also dampproof and penetration resistant. When used in mortar for bricklaying and plastering, one ton of mortar essence can substitute for 300-600 tons of lime paste without reducing mortar volume; when used in cement mortar, 10％ of cement volume can be saved while mortar volume sees 5-10％ increase, and water saved 15-30％.  

三、应用范围：
Part 3. Scope of Application:
广泛应用于工业、民用、公共场所及国防建筑的各种砖砌体、混凝土结构的砌筑和内外墙抹灰的混合砂浆，粘贴各种饰面的内墙瓷砖、外墙面砖、地面砖。采用本品配制的水泥砂浆做地面。地下室、卫生间、天棚及水池、涵洞，水泥道路、砼空心砖水泥砂浆制品；有上佳的抗渗、防潮功能，JHS适用于硅酸盐水泥、矿渣水泥，
It’s widely used to prepare mixed mortars that are used for bricklaying, concrete placing and interior/exterior wall plastering (including ceramic tiles bonding) in the industrial, civil and national defense buildings, as well as public facilities. The products or structures built with such prepared mortar including floors, basements, toilets, canopies, pools, culverts, cement roads, concrete air blocks enjoy excellent penetration and moisture resistance. JHS is applicable for Portland cement, slag cement etc.

四、使用方法：
Part 4 Directions for Use:
1、使用JHS剂量的掺量是水泥重量的0.1％—0.2%、JHS的掺量的大小与砂浆凝结时间的长短成正比；JHS凝结时间的长短与施工现场温度的高低成反比，详见(JHS—2型常用砂浆推荐掺量表)。
1. The ratio of JHS used is 0.1%-0.2% of cement weight. The JHS ratio is directly proportional to the coagulation time of mortar; and the coagulation time of JHS is inversely proportional to the temperature of construction site. Details see the Form of Reference Dosage of JHS-2 Common Mortar.

2、a，往砂浆搅拌机内投料的顺序是：放水(需水量的2/3)→放砂浆晶(均匀洒入水中并开机1分钟) →水泥→砂子→水(需水量余下的1/3调至适合砂浆稠度)；
2. a. For mortar mixer application, the feeding sequence is: pour water (2/3 of the water demand) → put mortar essence (equally sprinkled into water and start the mixer for 1 minute) → cement → sand → water (the rest 1/3 of the water demand and mix it to proper mortar consistency);

b，往滚筒式搅拌机内投料的顺序是：一半砂→砂浆晶(均匀洒入) →水泥→另一半砂→水。
b. For roller-type mixer application, the feeding sequence is: half sand demand → mortar essence (sprinkled evenly) → cement → remaining sand → water.

3、搅拌时间不少于3分钟(从全部砂浆材料加完后计算)砂浆即可使用、砂浆稠度宜控制到70—80mm。
3. The mixing time shall not be less than 3 minutes (starting from the completion of feeding all mortar materials. After that, mortar can be used, with mortar consistency between 70-80mm.

4、JHS砂浆应随拌随用，出槽后至到使用的间隔时间不应超过3.5—4小时。
4. JHS mortar shall be used immediately after it is prepared, with time interval from discharge to application not more than 3.5-4 hours.

5、砌体施工时提前24小时将砖块淋水湿润，砌砖时砖的含水率应控制在7％—10％为宜，墙体抹灰时提前24小时将墙体洒水湿润，抹灰时砖的含水率应控制在6％—9％为宜。
5. For masonry works, it’s necessary to wet the bricks 24 hours prior to construction, and control the moisture content of bricks within 7-10％; for wall plastering, it’s necessary to moisten walls 24 hours prior to wall plastering, and control the moisture content of bricks within 6-9％during plastering;

五、注意事项：
Part 5. Notices:
1、本品掺量少，必须严格按照重量配比配制并遵照投料顺序和搅拌时间，充分搅拌均匀后使用。以防搅拌不匀影响和易性。
1. The product has small dosage and shall be well prepared in strict conformity to proportioning by weight, sufficiently mixed and sequentially fed prior to being put into use to prevent its poor workability due to uneven mixing.

2、初用本品，应视当地原材料试配后采用，如M5掺量0.12-0.13％分别试配，采用与施工现场搅拌速度相同的搅拌机(单轴搅拌机或人工)拌合的砂浆中取出。按JGJ70-90试验。
2. For initial use of the product, trial-mixing shall be made with reference to local raw materials, such as M5 dosage 0.12-0.13％. The mixer with mixing speed same as construction site shall be used for mortar mixing, and test shall be made as per JGJ70-90.

3、抹灰后墙面应适当掌握刹平时间。以防砂浆不牢固掉砂，刹平后用铁抹子轻走一遍“压毛”以保墙面养护牢固。
3. After wall plastering, stabilizing time shall be ensured to prevent mortar peeling, after stabilization, an iron float shall be used to flatten the wall to guarantee firm wall curing.

4、混凝土天棚、墙面抹灰应按规范要求先刷一道水泥浆或界面剂。待稍潮湿状态下抹灰。
4. For plastering of concrete canopies and walls, one layer of cement grout or wall agent shall be applied as per criterion requirements, and plastering shall be made in slightly wet wall status.

5、其它装修水泥砂浆晶掺量为0.1％，按通常规范要求施工，抹灰砂浆不能随意增加掺量，否则会造成凝结时间太长，而影响施工进度。
5. For other decoration application, the dosage of mortar essence shall be 0.1％ and construction shall be executed pursuant to general criterion requirements; in plastering mortar, the dosage of mortar essence shall not be increased at will otherwise excessively long coagulation time is required, leading to delay of schedule.

6、搅拌好的砂浆，要放在保水的容器内以防影响砂浆的和易性，该产品具有保水和缓凝收浆早强的效果。
6. The mixed mortar shall be kept in the watertight vessels to prevent the workability of the mortar being affected. The product has the merits of water preservation, slow setting, mortar shrinkage and early strengthening.  

7、砂子过筛、使用效果最佳。
7. Better effect will be attained when used with sifted sand.
